Welcome to Auto Dojo: The Path To Excellence™. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auto Dojo Training website, programs, courses, workbooks, community, coaching and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who We Are

The Services are operated by Auto Dojo Training ("Auto Dojo," "we," "us," or "our"), founded and led by Frankie Marrow. We provide sales, service, parts and leadership training for the automotive industry, delivered through online courses, live group coaching, a private community, a belt-ranked advancement system and supporting materials.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your Account

Certain features — including enrolled programs and the members portal — require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You may not share, sell or transfer your account or program access to any other person.

Enrollment, Pricing & Payment

Program prices, inclusions and availability are described at the point of enrollment and may change at any time. When you enroll in a paid program, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, including any recurring charges you select. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise and are exclusive of any taxes, which are your responsibility where applicable.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, if any, is described on the enrollment page for each program and is subject to the specific refund policy presented at the time of purchase. Unless a written refund policy expressly states otherwise, digital products, downloadable materials and completed coaching sessions are non-refundable. License to Course Materials

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program materials for your own individual, non-commercial professional development. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display or create derivative works from any course content, workbook, video or coaching session without our prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including the Auto Dojo name and logo, "The Path To Excellence™," the belt-ranked system, course curricula, workbooks, videos, graphics and written materials — is owned by or licensed to Auto Dojo and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
Share, distribute or republish program content outside your personal account;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or other users' accounts;
Disrupt, overload or interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
Harass, abuse,or harm other members, coaches or staff.

Community & Live Coaching

Participation in our private community (including any associated Facebook group), live group coaching calls and the belt-ranked advancement system is a privilege governed by these Terms and any posted community guidelines. We may remove content or suspend participation that we determine, in our discretion, to be disrespectful, disruptive or in violation of these Terms. Advancement through belt ranks is based on the criteria we publish and is awarded at our discretion.

No Guarantee of Results

Auto Dojo provides training, coaching and educational content. We are committed to your growth, but we do not guarantee any specific sales, income, CSI, employment or business outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, market conditions and circumstances. Any examples of results are illustrative and are not promises of your performance.

Third-Party Services

The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms — such as our members portal, scheduling (Calendly), payment processors, email delivery and social media. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Dojo and its founder, staff and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Dojo and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to access program materials ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
